With the basic details, we can offer a rough ballpark estimate within 1–3 business days, referencing similar projects from our portfolio of over 4,000 completed projects. Please note that this initial estimate is intended to provide a general budget range and is not final, as actual costs can vary based on the unique needs of your project.

If the estimate aligns with your general budget, we highly recommend obtaining a detailed cost breakdown (our standard practice). This will provide you with a precise, tailored quote. The process involves several calls or meetings to understand your specific requirements, explore effective solutions, and adjust the estimates accordingly. Typically, this process takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity and the number of meetings required, with 2 to 5 iterations. If you have a detailed project specification or RFP document, this can speed up the process, as it reduces the time needed for risk assessment and information gathering.

We offer flexible options for signing NDAs, whether in person at our offices or remotely. Signed copies can be submitted via scan or electronic signature. We’ll provide a secure email address for receiving sensitive documents like NDAs. If you prefer using a document management system or secure file transfer service, we can accommodate that as well. For organizations requiring physical signatures, we can arrange the exchange of documents via a secure mail service.

The NDA text is usually a collaborative effort. Our legal team provides standard NDA templates that ensure comprehensive protection for all parties. We’re happy to start with our template and make adjustments to address your specific needs. If your organization has its own NDA template, we’re open to reviewing and signing it, provided it aligns with our policies and legal requirements.
